First Aid Course for the Public

Why choose this course?

This course is for anyone over sixteen who wants to learn first aid for their everyday life, rather than as a requirement of their job（in which case a workplace course could be more suitable）. It is ideal for people who are more likely to need to use first aid, if they play sports, enjoy travelling, commute（通勤） regularly or care for a relative. It covers a wide range of life-saving skills such as heart attack, choking and more. And it attracts people who are eager to learn first aid for a lot of different reasons, such as:

●wanting to be able to help their family, friends or neighbors

●preparing for university or working abroad during a gap year

●participating in local community groups or sports clubs

●having experienced a real life emergency

What is covered on this first aid course?

You will have hands-on experiences. Our friendly and experienced trainers will help you to learn a number of key skills that you really need to know: dealing with an emergency, seizures（痉挛）, burns, bleeding heavily, broken bones, head injury, choking, heart attack, stroke and severe allergic reaction.

●You’ll receive a free first aid workbook full of helpful advice; this can be taken home and used to check and refresh your knowledge.

●The workbook includes your certificate of learning, which you can fill in yourself.
